I agree to provide and display the numbers on, (3) 2' by 2' placards, white background with black numbers. Placards will be on each side of the bow and on the transom to be seen during the entire parade. This number will be assigned by PICYA on receipt of Entry Form.
I agree, as a condition of my participation in this event, to be responsible for the safe operation of my vessel, safety of my crew, and all persons on board. I will also follow the reasonable instructions from the parade staff.
